Having a fit body not only enhances our beauty and personality, but it also contributes to our internal wellness. We are here to help you attain that with the use of our comprehensive services and personalized plans.  Our owner, Brian, carries a degree in Exercise Sports Science, numerous personal training certifications, a background in professional sports, and 10+ years of experience in personal training across a wide array of clients from varying experience levels and goals.  No matter your goals, you can rest assured that you are training under the knowledgeable guidance of a professional. We work with everyone from athletes looking to improve their performance, to special populations (pre/post natal, elderly, hypertension/diabetes, etc.)  Join us and take your first step towards a fitter body and healthier mind!
  • Private Session: Work privately with a preferred personal trainer. These are one-on-one sessions and are not shared with anyone else.
  • Small group: This is not a group session, you will be following your own personalized plan, but sharing your session with up to 3 others of similar training experience and goals. This helps offset the cost and brings extra excitement and motivation to your workout.
  • Large Group: This is a group workout for people with the same goal and possibly fitness experience level. All participants get to enjoy the same workout and help push each other for maximum results!
